Remembering things is hard, so you shouldn’t have to! That’s we make it so easy to check how many visits remain on your packages. Follow these step by step instructions:

  1. Go to BarkPlaceNYC.com or open the gingr pet parent app
  2. Log in using the phone number on your account & your password [if you have never logged in or if you don’t know your password, click the reset link and follow along.)
  3. After you have logged in to the client portal, scroll down to the accounts tab or paw print icon. Click accounts.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the accounts page to “my packages and subscriptions”. Click to enter.
  5. That screen contains information about recent package purchases including expiration date and number of visits remaining.
