If you’re not using the BarkPlaceNYC.com Client Portal, then you’re not getting the full Bark Place Experience!

The portal is a hub where you can book appointments, make purchases, get report cards, share photos, update your records, upload proof of vaccinations, check your Bark Bucks balance, leave grooming notes and more. One of the biggest things you arew misssing out are special offers that arew only distributed through the portal.

Ready to start using the portal?

New clients:

  1. Click register at the top of this page and follow the step-by-step instructions. Tip: make sure you remember the e-mail address you use for this account, that will be your portal login. Don’t forget your password, because you will need that next you login next time.
  2. Once registration is complete, you may need to sign in again using the email and password you just created.

Current clients:

  1. Scroll to the top of this page and click login. [You might want to open another tab and navigate to BarkPlaceNYC.com, then click login so that you can keep this window open too]. Make sure you lick on Login and not Sign up.
  2. Your login is your phone number that your receive text from Bark Place or the email address where you recieve e-mails from Bark Place NYC. You can use either one.
  3. If you have never logged in, or if you have logged in but don’t remember your password: click the reset password link. When promopted enter phone number or email address associated with your account. NOTE: You will recieve a link to set up your password either via text (if you enter phone number) and via email (if you enter your email address).
  4. Follow the instuctions in the link you receive to set up your password.
  5. Now return to BarkPlaceNYC.com and hit login then enter your username (email or phone number) and password (that you just set up)
